CHOICE OF PLATTER

A HUMAN visiting a restaurant(EDUCATION) asked to choose from a limited menu of 5 items (Field of study).
He makes a choice in no matter of time. If he is not aware of any listed entity he immediately converses with concerned person and gains knowledge.
When the same human being enters a food court (Present scenario) with vast variety ( N number of specialization) and accompanied by two more members (Society). What might be the result?

If individual is focused on what he is about to have(field of education) then no issues at all, he chooses what he desired for (field of study) and moves on with passion.

Even if individual has got a choice, he is made to stroll over by the suggestions of his friends (Society) this is not good ( this field has no oppurtunity), this is not the right place for this item ( this institute has got no reputation), this dish will take time to be ready ( the duration of study is too long) and the list continues.

If we look deep into it, the HUMAN has visited food court (education) to get rid of his hunger (gain knowledge) by making a choice of any listed item (field of study) to his taste. If he is free to do so then he is most satisfied and enjoys the menu. If he is forced upon with some thing on plater then of course he has lost his appetite (hunger for knowledge) and enjoyment.

Education is not just for accumulation of qualification's, which in turn paves way for monetary benefits in the form of job.

Education(Training) comprises with focus on so many factors like discipline, inculcating passion, focussing thoughts and above all BEING HUMAN with quality of LOVE FOR NATURE & MANKIND. I am afraid that these values are getting diminished in education of these days............

NAANAYAM - Tamil Movie

A good movie of mark in technical aspect as well presentation in the category of crime thriller, after a long time in Tamil cinema.

Background score by Thaman is class apart.

There is one more number from James vasanthan which will make you humm anytime anywhere, its " Naan pogiraen melae".

Camera by Om prakash is damn soothing. Camera angle's were great. Especially for the song "Naan pogiraen melae". The way frames changed by having graphic flowers spread across the screen was new and very welcoming for the song. I guess these were editors "K L Praveen & N B Srikanth" efforts

The Art director has ensured quality of work with recent trends abiding to techno world. May it be the furnishing of hero's home or the office environment its to the mark.

Director Shakti.S.Rajan's effort is worth appreciation for selection of artists for the roles. Dialogues were short & crisp unlike most of movies which have punch dialouge's and damn stress language.
I got some feel of influence from films like "Entrapment" for trapping Hero into the job to be executed and "Pacifier" for the locker approach system.

Prasanna & Sibiraj got a role were they could bring out their potentials to max, and we are able to see them mature as actors.

It's great effort by director & producer for presenting a crime thriller and introducing a new dimension to tamil movie arena. I could sense many new technical aspects in this movie. Kudos to their efforts for making a decent movie which i am sure will be appealing to the Audience.

* Review; is my observations. Make me aware if i have missed out anything worth mentioning, I shall update.

Manager's Potential

Manager's potential is best evaluated during recession, than during inflation.
